This pinch block comes with a small 4mm Beal Prusik Cord to attach a weight to it so you can work your way up until you can hang with your body weight on it. Also you can set this pinch block like a normal hold in a training wall with our M10 hex-screw and we added an extra set screw hole that prevents the hold from spinning around.
this pinch block has multiple sides so you can vary your grip width and angle (Video coming soon)
